Participants who need Invitation Letter (IL) for obtaining visa, for entry and stay in Slovakia, will check it in their registration form and pay the conference fee not later than July 15, 2017.
Invitation letter (IL) is issued by the organizer. Organizer reserves the right to decide if the IL is issued or not.

Attention:
A valid medical insurance is a must.
IL is not possible to issue for countries: Nigeria, Congo, Ghana (or other countries - depends on current local regulations and policy).
